Associate member	Definition of the Membership: Members who have only joined the website How to join: Sign up on the website (phone or Ipin authentication required) Services available: General reading rooms and culture classes
Regular member	Definition of the membership: Member who received a membership certificate How to join: After joining as an associate member, bring your ID card to the library and issue a membership card (official membership approval) Services available: Services for associate members, book lending, and e-library You can borrow books from the day of joining a regular membership; Use mobile membership certificate to borrow books after installing the application.
Commonly applied information	Culture classes are limited to Seongnam citizens.

Notice for Associate Membership
- You need information about your cell phone or I-PIN.
- If you are 14-years-old or older: Sign up after being certified by your mobile phone or I-PIN.
- If you are under 14 years of age: After you certify your guardian (legal representative), sign up after your I-PIN certification.
  (It is required to issue the resident registration card of your guardian (legal representative) when signing up for membership by I-PIN certification)
- If you are a foreigner: You need to certify yourself when you sign up after receiving a I-PIN certification with a foreign resident certificate.
Points to note when joining regular membership
- Be sure to bring your ID card and additional documents if necessary and visit the library.

Employeess and students in Seongnam city	Employee: Current employment certificate Middle and high school students: Student ID card, youth card College student: Certificate of enrollment Only when the address is not in Gyeonggi-do (Only the applicant can register and this should be renewed every year)
Family with many children	A copy of resident registration document with three children or more Bring a copy of library card with the applicant's name and registered family member (s) on it.
Family member	A copy of resident registration document with family members' names on it. Bring a copy of library card with the applicant's name and registered family member (s) on it. Family members are limited to immediate family members.

If you lost your card: Visit the library and apply for a reissue (bring your ID to verify your address). You may not borrow books on the day.
If you want to replace your card: Visit the library and apply for reissue (bring your ID to verify your address). You may borrow books on the day.

Associate member: Log into the website and withdraw from the membership withdrawal corner in the membership information section.
Regular member: After withdrawing from the website, visit the library and apply for withdrawal.
